JL Audio C2-650X Review 2020
Another great reasonably priced 2-way pick just above the hundred dollar mark is this pair from the JL Evolution series. They have a standard woofer / tweeter coupling for a well-balanced sound.
They have a good frequency response and the lower end can be manipulated by the 6.5 inch woofer. It has an injection molded cone that contains a mixture of polypropylene and mica filings. It is trained by a very competent pilot and focused on a butyl contour to fight against unwanted resonances.
Tweeters are silk dome and about 19mm, the high compression speaker quickly supports the highest frequencies and is durable manufactured.
Together, they operate at an impedance of 4 ohms and have a power range between 15 and 60 watts with a maximum power of 100 watts per pair.
